We render opinions on the scope of coverage as well as prosecute and defend declaratory judgment actions.

We have particular expertise interpretation and litigation over “pollution” exclusions and have successfully prosecuted declaratory judgment actions to enforce such exclusions. 

Our experience with additional insured requirements is extensive, and includes years of success in forcing companies to comply with said provisions.
