BY RAIL
The office is easily accessible from all rail lines. It is just a short walk
from Suburban Station for all Suburban commuter lines. It is a five block
walk from the Patco Station at 16th and Locust Streets. It is a short cab
ride from Amtrak’s 30th Street station in Philadelphia (located at JFK Blvd.
and 30th Street).

BY AIR
From Philadelphia International Airport, take a cab or train to our office.
The cabs have a fixed rate into Center City. The SEPTA train leaves every
half hour. Get off at Suburban Station and walk underground in Suburban Station
to the Eight Penn Center building or go to the street level and walk to 1628
JFK Blvd (SE corner of 17th St. and JFK Blvd).

BY CAR
From the Pennsylvania Turnpike (from any direction)
- Take exit for 476 South to Chester.
- Take exit for Philadelphia - 76 East.
- Take 76 East to 676 East (the Vine Street Expressway).
- Take 676 to the Broad Street Exit.
- At traffic light from exit ramp, turn right onto 15th Street.
- Take 15th Street to John F. Kennedy Boulevard (about 4 traffic lights).
- Turn right onto John F. Kennedy Boulevard (the ‘Love’ sculpture will be
on your right; City Hall across the street to the left).
- Take John F. Kennedy Boulevard to 17th Street.
- The building is located on left hand side (1628 JFK - SE corner of 17th
St. and JFK Blvd).

- Take 76 East to 676 East (the Vine Street Expressway).
- Take 676 to the Broad Street Exit.
- At traffic light from exit ramp, turn right onto 15th Street.

- Take 95 South to Callowhill/Vine Street Expressway (676 West).
- Stay to your left and go towards 676 West (the Vine Street Expressway).

- Take Exit Route 73 North.
- Follow signs for the Betsy Ross Bridge. (Exit is on your left; the toll
is $3.00.)
- Over the Bridge, follow signs for I-95 South.

- Stay left towards 676 West (the Vine Street Expressway).
- Take 676 West to the Broad Street Exit.

The closest parking lot to the office is at the NW corner of 17th and
JFK or at 18th and Arch. From JFK Blvd., turn right onto 18th Street
going north. The parking lot is one block down on the left. |

From the Ben Franklin Bridge
- Follow the Admiral Wilson Blvd (Route 30).
- Bear left onto Route 38, but then KEEP RIGHT and get onto Route 70 East.
- Follow Route 70 East for approximately 8 miles.
- At the intersection of Route 70 and Route 73, turn right onto Route 73
South.
- Follow Route 73 South 1.8 miles.
- Turn left onto Ardsley Drive.
- Turn right into Willow Ridge Executive Office Park.
