Steve has extensive background in complex civil litigation, including contract, breach of warranty, products liability, business tort, antitrust, securities, railroad, corporate and insurance disputes.
His environmental litigation experience includes federal superfund, state hazardous waste law, Clean Water Act, underground storage tank, cost recovery, toxic tort, products liability, property damage, sewage facility and insurance coverage cases. His experience extends to advising clients in compliance matters and the environmental aspects of business transactions and environmental audits.
Steve has lectured on environmental issues before business groups and authored articles for the Metropolitan Corporate Counsel on environmental topics.
