As an Associate in the law firm of Hollstein Keating Cattell Johnson & Goldstein PC, Josette’s areas of concentration include toxic tort, products liability, and commercial litigation. Her current practice includes the defense of nationally recognized corporations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey asbestos litigation. In addition, Josette focuses on the defense of corporate clients in products liability matters from claim investigation through litigation.
She has conducted seminars for carriers on first party bad faith litigation in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Her previous employment includes Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien & Courtney, P.C., as Associate Attorney; Judicial law clerk to the Honorable Carol E. Higbee, J.S.C., Law Division, Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County from 1998 to 1999; and Judicial intern to the Honorable Garrett E.
